Let us say the thought they needed 25 million to launch their products. And the settlement was 100 million. Even if they kept 50 or 75 million for contingency purposes, they could have given the last 25 million, in this example, back to the shareholders and it wouldn't compromise the product launch or the company. I would be ok with that scenario. And it would be a reward for the many of the shareholders that have hung on through the lean times.
That is the scenario I was hoping for, that the settlement would be available and large enough to do this. But it isn't and it is only a very mild disappointment. I wasn't really counting on this scenario anyway. But it would have been nice. I am still holding on to all my shares right now.
You feel differently and that is ok. Just merely expressing my opinion on this.
