typical otc pump and dump operation. distribute when shares are high then when it's rock bottom again do the already aproved reverse split. the company and its toxic debt holders make more money selling shares on the high then the low. then once the rs happens release news and sell again. this is text book and happens in 99% of the otc. adMD is no different.
