Another timely commentary from another ITKG message board.

There is no contract with BASF.
There is no contract with Chang Rim.
There is no contract with LeddarTech.
There is no contract with East Penn.

There are no manufacturing supply contracts with anyone. The SEC`s 8K rules require that any significant material event be disclosed. They tried to slip a "verbal agreement" with BASF past the SEC, but got caught with their hand in the cookie jar. Press release after press release describe licensee relationships and "associations" with major players in glowing terms. None, however, have resulted in any significant manufacturing supply contracts. Long on talk, but short on delivery. Today, 14 years into the commercialization of this claimed "disruptive" technology, not a single manufacturing supply contract exists....worldwide.

Anyone who thinks otherwise, please feel free to present your documentation.
