Correct... or at least that's what I would like to think here with DVME. No way would they go through providing these updated filings unless they truly have some kind of plan to move forward. It's still premature, but now if you notice from below, they have now updated their filings by adding a updated Quarterly Report, Annual Report, and an Attorney Letter with OTC Markets which leads me to think that we might be getting ready to see some long awaited updates take place:

Level II looks very thin given the numbers that are reported for the OS and Float as it would appear that they could have plans or already have retired some shares to reduce their OS and Float.
