The shenanigans will end soon.

No, the shenanigans continue. The "approximately 2 week" timeframe for the UMS audits (and 8K/A) is now entering Week 5. This is what the company said on May 6th:

we can now advise that the audit is expected to be completed in approximately two weeks' time


Today is June 4th and still no UMS audits and 8K/A. Investors are clearly getting very frustrated.
