Repero- Yes I understand Form 4's and in this case mgmnt was given options not yet exercised. These filings, Form 4's especially, can be dubious at times to interpret why. My post was my interpretation that this is a positive signal. Why, IMO I like to see these filed at a time when the company has reached some major milestones ahead of upcoming positive exposure for those milestones. So on the other hand it would be a negative if bad results were out and the stock was tanking and they were filed.
I choose the latter. I also like how it falls after the Director bought in for a mill.
