Hedge 88. You are a CPA and I am a retired investigator for a large Corporation. I have sold half my position in FDBL. The connection with Coventry Enterprises LLC is interesting. No question that dilution occurred with some of their recent customers to a troublesome extent in my view. I note some involved medical personnel, but the companies still struggled to survive in some instances. All here should do their due diligence to see the extent of pump and dump historically. Those doing the "lending" may make out. If I retain the other 50%, depends on what happens in the near future. My optimism has been diminished. JMHO. I will hold a bit longer. There is always a need for financing for upstart companies but the risks of survival must be acknowledged with convertible debts.
