So, I think SIAF will own 50% (or 51%) of the new aqua company, through Hong Kong. The JV pertners will own their 25%. And the other 25% goes to new investors in Norway (basically money in the pocket for SIAF, same as with SJAP).

Don't like that solution. Imo this would not be to maximizing shareholder value. We would sell the 25% way way to cheap, for sure! Are you really sure that Siaf need any more cash after Sjap spin-off!? I would definitely prefer to give away shares to shareholders as another extra dividend, say 15-17,5%...if money is still needed they could sell the other 7,5-10% and keep majority. Selling shares in the aqua spin in 2017 is just too early imo
