Actually it went really well for SFRX THURSDAY.

IT proved that KYLE caught a mistake that was filed with the SEC. THE ONE mistake was not necessarily important BECAUSE THE REPORT reflected the CORRECT POSITION of the company if you look at the report in its ENTIRETY. I realize how you like to take a small part and make it look so big.

Can you PROVE that this report was never amended?
Can you prove that this mistake was done with intention to deceive?

In the deposition there WAS NEVER any mention of the Gold coins...

Show me in the deposition that there WAS mention of the gold coins/platter? If it was so important why didn't anyone care? You assuming again?

You show me that it WAS filed anywhere that JIM SINCLAIR found the coins. Can you show us how SFRX reported HIM spefically? If not who cares. I did not find the gold coins either. Do you want an email from me too.

You show me any information that is from the state.. that ACCUSES SFRX OF Violation of ANY PERMIT? Or they are DENIED ANY PERMIT?

WHAT conversation are you saying Mary denied anything? Did you get this from the deposition Thursday. I can Tell you Mary said for SURE SFRX has several permits AND permits pending. Not alleged for Sure!

CAN YOU show us that the SEC has any pending investigations or is that an assumption too?

The TRUTH IS.. THE DEPOSITIONS WENT REALLY WELL For SFRX. You can not prove anything except some assumptions. Let's see that transcript in its entirety. Not the parts you pick apart smallcapsmarket. I doubt you will want to prove yourself wrong
