We'll see.. There will be some explaining to do next week. The stock dropped 65%, and there has been no information to the validity of this information leak. I would hope that the fcc has a good justification for what has happened. Even if the vote ends up being 3-2 for gsat, there will still be the shareholders who sold at a loss, and that should be on the fcc for failing to disclose to all in a timely fashion.

These people are the law makers, the judge, the juror. I would expect them to be held to the highest standard when it comes to these types of matters.
