Opportunity to participate in Energy Futures Holdings Corp (fka TXU) reorganization

NHF owns First Lien Senior debt in TXU. The holdings make up 4.5 percent of assets at 4/30/16.

Our long-term view is that the new equity received from TXU’s reorganization will trade higher overtime, ultimately reaching a par recovery.
