as i have been saying for years, the bod is a joke...

CJ is doing what he is told to do by ES (all imo)...

remember they came in to bail out the company and ride the PT PS horse... at the time they "took over" as in control they owned zilch of the company...

their job has been to slowly transfer ownership to themselves at the best price possible ie low priced options.... selling shares to keep the company afloat via massive dilution has less of an impact on them than it does on shareholders..

as such the job description...

put out vague pr's so no one can get a handle on potential value..

make it impossible to determine value of important cash flow asset which would bring value of company up (avid)...

make incredible mistakes like selling shares on russell rebalance day to get booted out of russell...

develop the technology at a much slower pace that it deserved so value cannot blossom before insider nests are lined (PT was starting to see this)

so CJ is doing his job....

hopefully the nightmare will be over soon because i think (or at least hope) they (mgmt) knows the jig is up....

patriot scientific now trades at 4 tenths of a penny so the penny stock boys can't even stay in the penny stock league... the last proxy rejected bod pay and reverse split..
