Has the bankruptcy been finalized? Otherwise all I see is a "plan of reorganization" petition by Robins which states that the $125k in debts owed to Marilyn are "to be paid on a pro rata basis." The company sure is dragging it's feet. They originally filed Chapter 11 on July 21, 2015.
