Copper King Mining Corporation fka CPRKQ

I have been a stock holder since 2009. I received my new shares in the reorganized CPRK months ago. As far as I know the transfer agent has distributed all the new shares out to the old CPRKQ shareholders in the stated pro rata formula and was told this by Chuck Dawson the then company spokes person. The company still seems to be in business as they did hold a conference call this week which I was unable to call into because of a scheduling conflict. It is not clear to me why FINRA has not cleared this stock to trade or if there is some other agency involved that I am not aware of. But I am going to look into it now that I am back stateside and have some time to call a couple of people that I know that work at FINRA. I will make those calls probably on Wednesday of this coming week but I may have Tuesday morning free as well. I will post what I find out along with a contact name of which department or person is handling this issue and if there is anybody actively dealing with it or even if there was or had been anybody actively dealing with the new CPRK stock status at any time in the past.
