The price will be adjusted and you will see a $15.00 share price. This does not mean that the mm's and others will bid $15.00. The bidding may start at $1.00. If someone sells at $1.00 it will in turn drop the pps to $1.00. This is why all share holder need to hold strong and ensure that the bids come up to the ask. The person or person who lets go of their shares at a reduced pps just to take instant profit may hurt the entire pps in the meantime until a market correction occurs.
