I still think the $1.40 options will play a role in buyout price. There are about 13M shares to split between 8-10 folks as a buyout reward. If it sold for $2.40 that would only generate $13M to split between this 8-10 core team (not an equal split) and that seems kinda light for the founders/key employees. If it sold for $3.40 that would provide $26M in the buyout bonus account and that seems more like it. Further 13M x $1.40 will flow back into the company as an asset so that sweetens the buyer's deal it would seem. I guess $3.40 range imo and also because it is Friday!
