Thank you for your reply. I held a position in VHUB from August '15 until February '16. I sold it at .0281 taking a 12% loss. My reason for selling at that time was that I was not comfortable with the type of financing instruments the company was getting into. I understand the difficulty these penny companies have in obtaining favorable financing, particularly early into their sales cycle, but I felt that they were giving up too much to obtain these loans.

Furthermore, I also felt that the company needed fresh outside blood rather than remaining mostly a family enterprise. I am obviously happy to have jumped ship when I did, and I am sorry for those who stayed long since the pps dropped by 75% since then. I think that there will be an opportunity to get back in at some point, but I need to see a better financing situation. I agree with your assessment in regard to venture capital drying out, and this time could be a great entry point for those willing to take a chance on VHUB. With a market cap under $600,000 and sales in the $6M range, there clearly is an opportunity for large gains, but I feel it might be still too early to initiate a new position.

Thank you for continuing to post as I do enjoy reading your comments and opinions.
