We know there is little probability to have a new money raising operation. There are a limited number of months of cash and Bigger would have seized any opportunity to bow out especially bad or average performance with KMI testing. On the contrary the content of his last communications is pointing to a successful testing and commercialisation process going forward. I am betting that june-july will be extraordinary months for QSEP.
