Chuckie2, please post a copy of the email reply that you received from Robyn Jackson (CEO, sole-director of URBF) in which he states that the company is not diluting the stock. Or you can PrivateMessage me a copy of the email the CEO sent to you.

The company is in fact diluting the stock bigtime with all of the convertible (toxic) debt it has issued - this is where all of the selling volume is coming from (new shares issued from conversions of toxic debt - issued at 35% discount to current market price).
