I understand that it is has a good structure for now but no one answered my question. I believe NASDAQ requires a minimum price o $1, thats a 340M market cap, someone in an earlier post was mentioning RS. I was simply asking if there was a different way to do it. Awesone that they made 100K last quarter but that is far from being in the situation to buy back shares. Don't start jumping on me about looking so far forward, I did not bring up NAS. Just a simple question about it AFTER it was already brought up. BTW I'm in this for the long haul (as well as my son) and @ INSTA thanks for the leg work and to answer your question, I've been here for about two weeks now and read every post.
