Does anyone know if those Pemex monies ever come in, looking up Arendal they just defaulted on a 100 million bond because Pemex never paid them. A thing about that agreement between Arendal and caldive had them giving them the money owed for all that work done in Mexico, if they don't pay than what? What recourse is left? Who's to blame for falling short? What does it matter if your a diving company with like 70 million or more in assets and that is what those balance sheets hint at, the only way anyone is going to get any money is to just give this can of worms to 1st tier lender and walk away, no one else gets didley, but still Pemex owes and will always owe and paying to support mexico's oil infrastructure is a lesson that I hope other enterprises can grasp before that drowning state takes down more.
