Another common term for this would be "TOXIC FINANCING". I understand common terms and potential resultant effect very well. Thank for the instruction and the effort to poo poo this as nothing to see here. As noted financier has claim against TRTC assets. They have the right to convert. I hope TRTC is set to generate huge cash flow. This financier is clearly in front of and protected very nicely. It's going to be interesting to see how things proceed. I hope TRTC corporate is ready to roll. This is to say the least a very aggressive move. imho
