Today, I sold off $CBAY. This has to be the ultimate reminder for me to follow my set rules. I took a beating on it and learned some valuable lessons (again). Now that I got that out of the way for the rest of the year, this is how the rest of my day went:

Stopped out $SALT on a very tight stop. Bought $GALE and $RNN. Probably will look to sell them with a quick turnaround. Holding $EPRS (Yea!), $COLV, $IMUC (Yea!), $MEET, $MSTX (Yea!).
