OTC K, I cannot answer in private. I hardly watch this stock. The activity today caught me my surprise. I do not monitor the NEOM board daily. I am at work and check boards occasionally. It seems there are but only a few regulars here, and we all seem to know what this has been (a big ol' pile of dog pooh). It's not on me to know if people are buying or waiting in the wings to buy. How would I know? I posted a question about a theoretical, and moved on to my "watching from afar now and again" state. I am hoping for something good but I know much less about this than others here seem to know. GLTU.

I operate on common sense. Common sense is not available to everyone.
