What is interesting tough, the "inpatient seller" started with 168K shares offered. Then about 165K shares were sold and... the ask still ended at 120,600 shares. Looks like unlimited supply. I do believe that insiders can drop more than 60 mln shares, and "official" restriction number is a myth. Maybe "inpatient buyer" should start buying in 500K - 1mln lots to convince sellers to move ask higher.
