is my best guess. Im thinking right before 4th of July weekend where fireworks will skyrocket in the OTC and on land, sea, and air. Its going to be a glorious 4th of July wknd down in Virginia Beach, Va and all around this great country. I do not believe that NEIK would let volume and excitement become stagnant or reverse its uptrend by delaying the inevitable.

They obviously set verbal agreements in place before going forth with filing with the SEC. If they did not have some major deal in the works than I do not believe they would become current and there would of been heavy dilution by now. Im sure they are just getting all the I's dotted and T's crossed before officially having signed contracts/agreements with a major player and then uplisting, IMHO
