First of all, none of the prior companies have anything to do with JNS power. period. JNS took over the shell and changed the name to JNSH. Nothing to do with any prior inhabitants of the shell. NOTHING, as in nada, zip, zilch, zero. Understand?
Second, as has been explained to you before, the TA is NOT gagged. A gagged TA is instructed by the company not to release information. That's a gagged TA. This TA's internal policy is to not release information. That's TA policy, NOT a gagged TA. Understand the difference?
