Couldn't Patrick just pay off Ya the $40 million owed and buy this thing lock, stock, and barrel under the "go-dark" Form 15, we wouldn't know? Maybe leave 100M shares for YA to ride up with a reverse merger. Any reason why Soon-Shiong could NOT acquire this, if he really wanted to? BTW, I am NOT buying. I am stuck here like everyone else. TIA.
