I have said the reason they would do it soon is to make an acquisition and most of us seem to agree they plan is to grow through acquisition. Nobody has answered the question where the money/shares to acquire will come from without a RS!

If no acquisition then they probably won't do it soon but sooner or later they will do it and regardless of when it is under the current share structure it will be devastating to the shareholders holding at that time. So with the volatility it makes a good trading stock if you know what you are doing and understand the risk of holding over night. But IMHO you would be a fool to own this stock and go to sleep for 5 years and expect to wake up rich, it is not going to happen because of the RS or RS's.

Now if some how Puma and or Mr ALL CAPS is right and the BOD some how restructures the B shares to make it fair then all bets are off and I would likely become long again. But no way am I holding long now banking on that to happen!
