So what that would mean is that Purdue did have the 12 hour capability but is alleged to have shortened pain relief time purposely in order to increase dependence on the OyxContin.

Serious charges indeed.

So if Purdue cannot adequately defend these charges this could potentially have serious consequences for the company... example
KV Pharmaceuticals.
And this would open the door wide open for companies like Elite.
