I skimmed it this morning and, yes indeed it seems I was actually wrong on my original post earlier.

So it still is 5 times Ackman's estimated price rather than the 7.82 I had thought initially this morning.

He was assuming an estimated share value of $23-47 per share for both freddie and fannie, presenting the case to the government 'sharing' the wealth so to speak.
But they want it all apparently.
