Personally i think he shouldnt until he can report the period ending may 30 2016, due july 15 (NT buys 15 days to july 30)...such that they can be put out in rapid succession. Bc lets be honest...the quarters prior to that arent going to have much to show...itll just metaphorically kick the pps in the s*ck while we are finally climbing out of the mud.
