.PK and .OB are not part of the ticker or CUSIP, they identify the market the security trades on. As you will see, on www.otcbb.com, there was no deletion of CVSU.PK, it was just plain old CVSU, so there is no need to make stuff up. Securities change venues all the time seamlessly without the need for a symbol or CUSIP deletion.
