Probably one of the wanna-be flippers who have posted here off an on. Crazy thing is, this one has absolutely no clue what they're doing. I've seen all kinds of games played to try to buy at lower prices - most of which are self-defeating in the long run. But this isn't one of them. There's absolutely nothing for ANYONE gain by blocking now.

Whatever - just plain old ignorance and inexperience.
