That's why I think it was a crappy deal.

Not sure the deal was truly arms length.

Should have been cash or maybe shouldn't have happened at all. It was a pretty good prospect and gave Canarc credibility. I haven't been here that long, but from what I gather that's been the history of this company. Not able to put deals together.
