Not only is it possible, but it is most probable! It only costs Dick Hed $90,000 (3 Mill shares X 3 pennies) to payoff his act of fraud to his shareholders. Then he can sell the equipment for scrap and and sell all at auction to recoup his cash outlay plus a nice return.

"Is it possible that Heddle needs to keep the company able to sell 12,500 shares to settle the fraud claim and that's the only reason he's funding it?"
