The down volume has not been significant and really only represents a few people selling. Again, Tom shares are disbursed as salary over the next 3 years and are locked up until the end of that period. He could have paid himself cash and not written down assets to the degree he has except that he thinks he will be better off with the shares. This is a momentary downdraft, and in my opinion, a buying opportunity.
