Oftentimes, they don't meet expenses and therefore become revenue that doesn't much matter.

They're oftentimes not sustained revenues and do no good going forward.

They're also oftentimes nonrecurring and again, do no good going forward.

It's important to know what kind of revenue it is and where it comes from if one is to consider them in the decision making process of buying stock in the company.

On the other hand, if all one is doing is playing the hype of coming news in the new direction the company says it's taking, then current revenue doesn't matter.

If I missed a scenario that's germaine to the conversation, my apologies. I don't mean to be presumptuous. These are just my thoughts.
