8) Signing such fee-for-service contracts is not a newsworthy or material event.

9) NNVC can sign another dozen such contracts with another dozen labs run by reputable scientists at good universities, and it would mean just as little.

10) The fact the NNVC's announcement of these contract signings has had the consequence of at least temporarily increasing share price, proves that PRs announcing the signing such contracts is a cheap and easy means to prop up share price, even though such signings are not value-adding events.
