Yes $ELTP has a proven 12ER Polymer for their agonist that will be used in their 12 HR ER ADFs. $ELTP also a proven 24 HR ER polymer for their agonists as well already proven in their ELI216 Oxy Clinical Trials several years ago.

Purdue also has a 12HR ER proven polymer. Some legal authorities are thinking that Purdue purposely designed their 12 ER ER Oxycontin to release all agonist in less than 12 Hrs like 8 to 10 Hrs thereby increasing addiction. It is looking nasty for Purdue if this is proven in a Court of Law.

12 HR ER polymers are "old" technology "state of the art". Nothing new here.
