REDG worth a second look if you are already familiar with them. A first look if you are not. I've been in since 2014 and through the ups and downs. In my opinion the next 6 - 8 months are going to be very interesting.

Consider checking out the information page on our board as a lot of time has gone into the DD regarding projected revenues.

In short, Red Giant Entertainment has 3 revenue streams going right now:

#1 Markiplier (youtube star with over 13 million subscribers) 4 part comic series restarting the Giant Size Line after several failed attempts to run with the original concept (free with ad supported comics). The advertisers just weren't enough to get it solid and the last attempt in Nov. 2014 failed. Hence much animosity, fear, and mistrust of the ceo. But many longs see the failed attempts as the past and now that these revenue streams are in full swing there is support with caution going forward.

#2 Zwagbox monthly subscription service. See the website ZWAGBOX and especially the info video. The first 4 months are featuring exclusive covers to Markiplier comics plus other special items only available with the subscription. Partial proceeds will be going to charity. A post from the company stated they have approximately 10,000 subscribers already. Markiplier did a one minute plug that garnered nearly 2 million views. This saw a major uptick in web traffic to zwagbox and more than likely attributed to the high number they are seeing already. Some point out, unless we see numbers in a filing then it is just a number. That to me is the risk/reward factor here and whether you feel the company is being truthful. In my opinion I feel they are simply because Markiplier is attached to the brand at this point and he has a massive following to protect.

#3 POWfolio - the #1 ranked comic book app in the app store category books/free. It has seen a high of #11 in that category overall and a low of 21 in the last week. In the last 6 days it has held stead around #13 which is above other monster companies and their apps (Marvel - owned by Disney, Comixology - owned by Amazon, and DC comics) POWfolio continues to be ranked above all three of them in the app store. This product revenue stream is the most significant long term. It is only available in iOS right now but Android Beta is "very very soon just a few last minute" fixes to get it out. The iOS beta lasted one month. Android beta should be same amount of time and then it too will be on the market and collecting revenues. This product is a partnership with Glowdot Productions and Red Giant Entertainment. Red Giant will get a minimum of 25% of revenues and maximum of 75%. 50% goes to the comic publishers of the comic being read at the time the ads are popping in the app. So, Red Giant gets at least 25% for being co-owners of the app. See the download revenue projections for more details on this. If you are curious about the product simply download it in the app store, it's free - but again need apple device. They do plan on being on ALL platforms - kindle, windows phones, PC, etc...Glowdot stated early on this is the Spotify of comics. Right now the app does not garner a lot of big name publishers. But they do have the #3 company Image. Right now the jewel is the thousands of Golden Age Comics. Red Giant uploads hundreds of new issues daily by the way.

Hopefully this sheds some light on what is going on with REDG. One big drag is the share structure. Instead of doing reverse splits, the ceo increased the A/S so as of last friday the O/S was 6.5 billion shares with a note holder executing a 400 million share settlement claim as well. So the O/S will increase close to 7 billion. As far as filings, they are not current unfortunately but they are far from in the dark. With the revenue streams now in play they are working on getting to that stage - hopefully by this summer.

The share structure definitely is a draw back, the restricted is just over half a billion. But in my opinion with what is going on now in terms of revenue streams, and the trading level we are seeing, this could, in my opinion, certainly move well as July approaches (the major comic book of the year San Diego Comic Con and Red Giant and Markiplier are going to have a panel discussion at the event). That is going to be significant.

Thank you for taking the time to check this out and for the note Chris20. Good luck to all, thedocg.
