That is True, they (and others) have been doing this for quite awhile(at varying Degrees)it seems.Outside of Borba's potential for just Gold it is hard too say what BMIX may produce at this particular concession. They have a good gravel, with a relatively deep sand layer we should do well. (IMHO) The best Barometer for them (and this area) is 2013 (First Year)when they Grossed almost 800K with a 69% to 31% Diamond to Gold Ratio. Now this (as I remember)was only 2 Quarters of Production as Q1 and Q4 were non existent. This was done with only 6/8 employees and some contract People. How many Production Runs were sorted? For that I have no Idea but they did have one of their main generators down for some time.So in the end they end up with about 4000 Carats of Diamonds and I guess about 250 ounces of Gold(mostly Dust,97% Pure) WE can only guess what going Pedal to the Metal for 4 Quarters could achieve, and this just one concession we talking about (and it is an RST one)What do I think the Chinese are really coming for? Brazil Mining Law has a Time limit, you cannot keep concessions indefinitely and not start operations,(having ongoing negotiations with a potential partner may be one exception for postponement though)No mater what, when all is said and done, the Laws seem pretty straight forward as it seems you have around 180 Days too move on things.I am sure you can slow things up dragging your feet through paperwork or a permit application as the actual process is complicated but I do not think that is the case here.BMIX though, after all this Time, seems finally ready to make it's move. GO BMIx (IMHO) as always
