WM's investors are at the complete mercy of it's incompetent management!

Now that WM is in pink sheets, it's incompetent management has no obligation to publish any reports if any of such exists. Neither this incompetent management of WM have any intentions to file any audited, verified reports nor they have any intentions to update WM's investors about what's going on because this incompetent management of WM don't care about it's investors at all. So now, the million dollar question is what will WM's investors do about this incompetent management of WM?
