Leo's job is to create share value for its investors and also run the company properly for the shareholders. Look at Acadia. The CEO waited to get offers and got none. He was ousted by the board for dragging his feet. Nothing is guaranteed so waiting for the BEST OFFER may never happen. Many bio posters say the same thing. Wait. And waiting most always never equals a great deal. And there's no guarantee a phase three will succeed. Uplist get exposure and who knows we may be at 10 bucks.. Instead hold out for 50???? Doesn't usually go that way
