Can someone point me to where the company said they are going to do a RS! Until that happens the FUD speculations are just as ludicrous as the positive spins.

The difference is the company has received the delist letter. The clock is ticking and pphm must get the SP over $1 or RS. They won't wait till the last day of compliance. Likely in 6 months now. So it is not FUD , it is in motion.
