So TRTC was exaggerating in their own reports they filed with the SEC in regards to the fully diluted outstanding share number? I don't think so. It is right there for all to se in the 10Q.

There are two types of O/S, there is the number that has been issued and there is the fully diluted number which includes the number of shares needed to cover all of the convertibles. The fully diluted is over 700 million.
