Thousands of non-reporting OTC stocks are just like SAFC: no any filing nor any updating for many years or even for decades! But they all are trading normally and bouncing every certain amount of time. As a shareholder I'm happy with the current SAFC status ("STOP" sign Pink Sheet tier) unless something happens like the SEC/FINRA did to its sister stock MFTH (Grey Sheet tier now)! Anyway if a shareholder is not happy with SAFC then one could either liquidate all the shares at the bid while SAFC still has the bid or push the company management to bring SAFC back to the "Current" status or at least file a Form 15-12G...
