Integral Technologies has made considerable progress since the 11 December 2001 Wall Street Journal article by Christine Nuzum.

Yes, it has been five years (minus four months) since those overly optimistic projections were made. Even so, Integral’s fundamentals have changed since the WSJ article.

For starters, Integral was a developmental phase company focusing on antenna technology when the WSJ piece was written. With the invention of ElectriPlast, however, it morphed into a conductive materials company. Now, it is on the cusp of change yet again; this time it will cease being a developmental phase company and will become a supplier of ElectriPlast polymer conductive materials. As a result, Integral should migrate from the OTCBB to either the AMEX or NASDAQ within the next six months.

The salient reason for the change in Integral’s potential rests in its intellectual property. As of today, the United States Patent and Trade Mark Office (USPTO), after extensive research and consideration, has granted 14 patents to Integral with 99 other patents pending approval. Moreover, Tom Aisenbrey, the inventor of ElectriPlast, publically stated that 300 patents represents a reasonable goal.

These facts are beyond dispute. Those who doubt this can go to the USPTO website for verification.

And what do these patents cover? Components for microwave ovens; vehicle fuel cell systems; electric fencing; satellite communications; connectivity for railway (subway) systems; automobile telematics; aircraft structures and avionics; electrical toys and toy components; food processing equipment; spark plugs; floor tiles, carpeting and roofing shingles; heated clothing (jackets, pants, hats and gloves) for recreational and vocational use; magnetic brakes and motion control devices; defibrillators and other medical devices; and cattle prods, stuns guns and Tasers.

I don’t make this stuff up, folks! I have stated the facts as I have observed them as an investor in this company for nearly nine years. Others claim to have “observed” this company for “several years,” but they offer innuendo and falsehoods, not facts. I direct you to the Patent Office website; they offer platitudes copied from Greek comedians. If doubts remain or if you chose to follow the unsubstantiated postings of others, the path for you is clear. Whatever your decision, don’t let anyone (me or a basher) determine your investing future. Make your decision based on an informed perspective.

It’s your money. Your decision.
