I wouldn't be surprised to see ALL firms drop the suit against SEVU and McBride by the end of June. The shorter/basher coalition that, IMO, paid for the suit in the first place have already made their money. The only way I see the class action suit continueing is for the silent parties behind the action to save face and stay out of jail.
