filing a bk would stop the foreclosure

then in bk renegotiate the interest from 24% to a much lower interest rate

and give the much needed time and courts to help the co. survive.

she needs to read trumps books on this. he did it many times. but she has to be crime free b/c you cannot hide lies, money,crime in bk court. so i don't think she will do this.

so we need to force the bk restructure as shareholders.

we need to oust her and bk restructure the loan with us investors. then depose her and sqweeze out all of her crimes and inequitities with a nuremberg style trial in bk court.
